Where are SINHOSUN machines manufactured?
Answer: In China. We are proud to say that SINHOSUN machines are designed and manufactured in China, and that SINHOSUN was founded in Shantou, Guangdong.

Can I put the machine through its paces before purchasing it?
Yes. You may directly send us the samples, we will put them working on our equipment. If your esteemed company has a specific purchase intent, we can also process the finished product based on the die cut drawing provided by your company and then work on our equipment. You are always welcome to visit and test the machine at our factory.

What is the estimated delivery time?
A: The lead time is determined by how the machine is customized, its complexity, and the number of orders currently in process.

The more customization required, on the other hand, the longer it will take to produce.

We use a first-in, first-out order method, which means that the priority order of machine manufacturing is determined by the contract signing and payment completion.
Once payment is received, the order will be added to the queue. This means that if our production schedule is full, all subsequent orders will be delayed until the current order is completed.

General mechanical and electrical engineers can complete installation and commissioning in a timely manner. If the customer requires , we can also provide remote video guidance to help them solve any problems that arise during the process.
What should I do if I have after-sales issues with your machine?
A: If there is any problem with the machine that your engineers cannot solve on their own, you can contact us. We will do our best to communicate with you and solve the problems via online meeting.
