The speed with which you get your machine depends on 3 key factors
The delivery of your machine depends on 3 things.
1. current delivery time
2. shipping time
3. Estimated delivery time
Before we go any further, you should know that SINHOSUN provides you with current delivery times and estimated delivery times.
1. Delivery time
The delivery time is the time between placing an order and the delivery of the machine.
Given that our production is also planned on a weekly basis, your current delivery time will be provided as a “number of weeks”.
Instead, the current delivery time will be provided in a range of 4 weeks as a span. For example, 5-8 weeks. This range allows SINHOSUN to always deliver on time.
2. Shipping times
Shipping time is the time between the dispatch of the machine and the delivery of the machine.
All our machines are shipped from our headquarters in Shantou, Guangdong Province, China.
Shipments to South East Asia therefore take between 10 and 15 days, depending on where the customer is located.
On the other hand, shipments to Europe take 5 to 6 weeks by sea.
Shipments to the USA take 3-4 weeks by sea.
Expedited shipments (2-3 weeks) by air are also possible, but are more costly.
3. Delivery times
Delivery time is defined as current delivery time + transit time. In other words, the delivery time is the time between placing the order and the delivery of the machine.
And your exact delivery date is the current delivery time + shipping time + (the day on which the order was placed).
You must be aware that SINHOSUN does not provide exact delivery dates.
This is not because we do not want to provide it, but because it is not realistic or accurate to provide an exact delivery date.
How to speed up the delivery of your machine?
Fortunately, you can control much of the speed of delivery of your machine.
There are 4 things you can do to speed up the delivery of your machine. These 4 things are.
1. Order your machine as quickly as possible.
2. When ordering, use SINHOSUN’s contract instead of your own.
3. Complete the signing of the contract and the related payment as soon as possible.
4. Upgrade your shipping method (if possible).

Here’s why. At SINHOSUN, we manufacture to order. We do not have machines in stock.
Therefore, if you do not order, we do not manufacture.
And, our orders are first-in, first-out. The quicker you order, the quicker you get your machine.
(2) When ordering, we strongly recommend that you use a SINHOSUN contract rather than your own.
This is not compulsory but highly recommended.
This is because using your contract will involve additional steps that may take weeks or months longer than SINHOSUN’s standard procurement process.
This will therefore delay the delivery of your machine, the commissioning of your machine, the training of your operators, and the time you need to realize productivity gains from using your machine.
(3) Avoid excessive delays in signing contracts and paying related invoices.
This is because your current delivery time and estimated delivery time depend on when you sign the contract and when you complete the associated payment.
When clients ask us for estimated delivery times, we are often in the preliminary stages of discussions with them and it is difficult to foresee when the contract will be signed.
For some customers, it is a few weeks after the initial discussions, for others it is months! Therefore, we offer a current delivery time.
We therefore offer a delivery time that is appropriate to the current situation and the orders that are in progress.
If we are full, all new orders will start only after the current order has been processed.
You should also take into account that by the time you place your order, our order scheduling is likely to have changed.
As we work on a first-come, first-served basis, it is possible that the estimated delivery times provided in the initial discussion may not be the same for several weeks.
Therefore, the sooner you sign the contract and complete payment, the sooner you will get your machine.
(4) Upgrade your shipping method
If you are located outside of Asia, you can upgrade your shipping to air freight, which can save you 2-3 weeks in delivery time.
That said, you must consider how this expedited shipping service will affect your return on investment.
Your return on investment should confirm that your return on investment in SINHOSUN machines will partially or fully cover the cost of expedited shipping.
If this isn’t the case, then investing in premium shipping doesn’t make sense for your company.
